Does PulseConnect cost anything?

It doesn’t cost a thing! PulseConnect is free to its members. Just sign up and we will start sending relevant educational materials, samples, and coupons your way.

Can I choose which programs I participate in?

If there is an area that you specialize in and want to receive programs specific to that area, you can definitely let us know and we will do our best to get you into programs focused on that specialty. However, we cannot guarantee participation.

Can I opt out of programs I don’t find relevant to me or my practice?

Absolutely, if you receive a program that you don’t think is relevant to you or the patients you are advising, let us know and we will remove you from any subsequent waves of that program.

How often will I receive materials from PulseConnect?

Programs are sent out periodically and will sometimes consist of multiple phases spaced out a couple months apart. There is a chance you could be enrolled in multiple programs at once and receive materials more frequently. We do our best to avoid overwhelming you with materials as we want PulseConnect to be a valuable resource for you, your patients, and your practice. We understand that flooding you with materials is not the best way to achieve this.

Does PulseConnect share my personal information?

PulseConnect will never share your personal information. All of the information you provide us is stored on a secure server and kept as part of our proprietary network. For more information about this you can visit our privacy policy page.

How are program participants selected?

Healthy brands come to us with a variety of goals for their programs. Depending on those goals, we select PulseConnect members who best fit the specified criteria. These criteria can include your practice specialty, professional designation, geography, or number of patients you counsel.

Can I put the materials in my waiting room?

Once you receive the materials, it is your decision how to best use them to suit your practice. That said, while we strive to create educational materials that are accessible for everyone, many of the materials we send out are best used in one-on-one counseling sessions to ensure that the information is being accurately conveyed to the patient/client.

I don’t see patients or clients. Can I still join PulseConnect?

You can definitely still join, however there is a strong chance you won’t be selected for many programs. One of the criteria we use to select program participants is the number of people you see. If that number is 0, you will not be eligible for many programs.

Can I obtain additional copies of materials and programs I am sent?

If you would like additional copies of any of the materials and programs you receive, you can reach out to us using the contact form below. Typically we are provided a limited number of materials by the brand, but depending on availability, we may be able to send you additional copies.

How do I provide feedback on the programs I receive?

After you receive a program, keep an eye on your email as we will be sending out a digital survey for you to fill out. This survey will offer you plenty of opportunity to provide anonymous, candid feedback about the program. We compile the results of the surveys and present them back to the brand to help inform the next phase of the program or future programs. Sometimes we even offer an Amazon.com gift card for your participation. (Subject to availability. See terms and conditions page for more information)

I never received my package.

Uh-oh! Sometimes mistakes happen and things get lost in the mail. If you think you are missing a package that was supposed to arrive, you can let us know by filling out the contact form above, or making sure we have the most accurate contact information for you by filling out our contact update form.

What should I do if I need to update my information?

If you are already a member of PulseConnect and would like to update your contact information you can fill out this form and we will take care of it for you! 

How do I refer a colleague?

We’re so glad you want to get someone else involved with PulseConnect! You can have them sign up using our Join Form.  Make sure to tell them to put your name in the referral box at the bottom of the form so we know who to thank!
